I got my harbor freight winch plate today and im pretty impressed to be honest, its 1/4" plate, i was expecting 3/16". im gonna weld it to my bumper and just use the holes in it to mount the bumper, i do think ill add a couple gussets to it before i get a winch though. pics tonight after its welded on.
